Two Teachers in Court for Leaking Exam Paper

Two teachers have pleaded not guilty in a case they are charged with disclosure of examination questions to a pupil without lawful authority.

In this case Alphonsius Milambo, 40, and Angela Mumba, 41, are charged with disclosure of examination questions contrary to Section 18 of the Examinations Council of Zambia Act chapter 137 of the Laws s of Zambia.

Particulars of the offence are that between October 16 and October 26, 2018 in Lusaka jointly and whilst acting together without lawful excuse the duo disclosed to Kabamba Alfred a Grade nine, examination question paper.

Meanwhile, a 37- year-old Chinese National Chen Yon Shen  37  of unknown house number in Northgate Gardens off Kasangula road accused assaulting his fellow Chinese and damaging his vehicle has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates Court.

Cheng a businessman is charged with malicious damage to property and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

When the matter came up for plea, the prosecution applied to change details  on the indictment.

The suspect is expected to take his plea on December 11.
