Kabwata Constituency Patriotic Front candidate Given Lubinda has put his neck on the line signing a social contract with his constituents.
Lubinda who has served Kabwata Constituency for 15 years tagged along five local government candidates on the PF ticket to sign contracts to measure delivery.
He said although he had served for 15 years, he felt he needed something to measure his performance against going into his fourth term if he wins.
Lubinda is being challenged by three other candidates in Kabwata who are Independents Maiko Zulu, Emmanuel Tembo and Mulenga Sata of the UPND.
Kabwata is one of the constituencies where maybe the “Sonta Doctrine” has tangible claim with the two roads Burma and Chilimbulu maybe standing in testimony of part of the PF’s infrastructural development agenda.
