Opposition United Party for National Development officials are circulating an email purporting to be from the California University Of Pennsylvania disputing an announcement that it had awarded information minister Chishimba Kambwili an honorary doctorate.
Kambwili recently flashed images of his coronation and asked to be officially addressed as Dr Kambwili.
However, the information from a George Mtonga gives a different account of the circumstances.
Below is the social media post disputing Kambwili’s recent honorary credential
This post is to dispute those who argued that the University in question is California University Of Pennsylvania.
What is left is California University FCE- and that as I have presented is an NGO that runs a day care center here in the USA.

I have received the email from California University of Pennsylvania (http://www.calu.edu/) from the office of the President of the University Confirming that Mr. Chishimba Kambwili has never received a doctorate from the university.
This information will be forwarded to the Post in Zambia.
I will forward the email to some senior members of my community in the USA and in Zambia.
