UPND vice president Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba is currently under a second round of interrogation after PF deputy spokesperson Frank Bwalya reported him to the police for threatening President Edgar Lungu’s life.
Bwalya, commonly known as GBM, had declared he will now go for President Lungu’s throat shortly after release from police cells where he was held for allegedly drilling a militia at his premises.
Following the complaint, GBM went to into temporary hiding. His lawyers indicated that he would not be available until Wednesday next week. However, Police launched a manhunt and fished GBM from his hideout.
The bulky businessman is currently being interrogated at Central Police in Lusaka.
