Trouble is brewing at the University Teaching Hospital with junior doctors going on a sit-in protest over a dispute on unpaid allowances.
The sit in protest by junior doctors comes in the wake of registrars at the institution also downing tools.
Efforts to resolve the matter with government seem to have failed to reach an agreeable conclusion with the junior doctors deciding to go on work boycott.
Among the conflict areas is the delay in payment of the settling allowance for the junior doctors.
The protest could have consequences on the attendance to patients at the institution that already suffers from a critical staff shortage.
